The equipment was designed, manufactured, and supplied for ONGC through Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. The purpose of the equipment is to transfer the mud that arises during drilling to the trough,h which will be collected in the barge.

This equipment was made by Jami Hydraulic, the first of its kind in India.
